He has served as Principal, Assistant Principal, and Teacher with Bedford Public Schools in Temperance, Michigan. Rousselo brings to the district a strong understanding of school systems and structures that support teaching and learning.

A total of six candidates were interviewed, with four called back for a second round. Several outside candidates applied for the principal position as it was posted, along with three internal candidates.
